Reiki is comprised of two Japenese words. Rei – all knowing, higher consciousness or Universal God consciousness.

Ki – meaning life force energy which flows through all living things. Reiki is natural healing.  It is a very gentle but powerful light hands on treatment which works towards restoring balance and harmony on all levels of our being.

Reiki involves either light touching over clothing or slightly above in a pre-determined sequence of hand positions.  This aids the unblocking of energy channels allowing for the energy to run freely.
